These forums must reflect the entire Global South, ensuring research and solutions are designed to meet the region’s specific needs and provide a united voice for collective progress.

Activities

The Global South Research Foundation (GSRF) undertakes the following activities: 

Bridging Research and Policy Making

GSRF serves as a connection between researchers and policymakers across the Global South and beyond, advocating for evidence-based policy development that addresses the needs and ambitions of developing countries.

Training and Knowledge Sharing Programs

Through capacity-building programs led by experts from diverse fields, GSRF educates and empowers individuals—particularly youth—on regional challenges, emerging opportunities, and the skills needed for today’s workforce.

Youth Engagement

Recognizing youth as the future, GSRF ensures they are well-informed, actively involved, and engaged in shaping a prosperous and sustainable Global South. 

Cultural Exploration

GSRF celebrates the diverse cultures within the Global South, exploring how these traditions and practices can contribute to a sustainable and equitable future. 

Global Connectivity

GSRF highlights the rich cultural heritage and shared practices of Global South countries, fostering coordination across the region and with the Global North to build bridges and promote the common good.
